Samuel is the founding partner of the firm and a corporate and disputes lawyer with a strong emphasis on intellectual property, employment, and commercial litigation. Practicing since 2015, Samuel has developed broad-based experience through his work at leading Indonesian corporate law firms and as in-house counsel for one of the largest Indonesia-established food and beverage businesses. This combination has shaped a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal advice, grounded in an understanding of both operational realities and dispute risk.
Samuel advises clients from diverse industries and backgrounds on intellectual property protection and commercialization, employment and manpower matters, and corporate and commercial issues. His IP practice covers trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and brand strategy, while his employment work includes workforce structuring, termination strategies, and dispute prevention. He is also actively involved in commercial and employment-related litigation, representing and assisting clients in navigating disputes with a focus on risk management, procedural strategy, and commercially sensible outcomes.
In transactional matters, Samuel advises on corporate and commercial arrangements, strategic collaborations, and selective mergers, acquisitions, and investments, particularly where employment and intellectual property considerations are central to the transaction.
